### Role & Company / Project Overview AARNA CYBER DEFENDER is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer. This role focuses on IT support, managing desktop environments, solving technical challenges, and helping users stay connected, productive, and secure within a cybersecurity-focused organization. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide comprehensive end-user support for applications, VDI, and desktops/devices. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical user issues related to hardware, software, and access management. - Manage, support, and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments. - Collaborate effectively with internal IT teams, global teams, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. - Maintain technical documentation and adhere strictly to established IT support procedures and processes. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - Experience: Freshers (0-1 year) and candidates with relevant experience are welcome. - Strong passion for desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user computing technologies. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Mode: Work From Office (as per company location). - Supportive and collaborative team culture with modern technology and tools. ### Compensation & Benefits - Build a rewarding career in cybersecurity with industry exposure. - Hands-on experience with modern technologies and tools. - Learning, career growth opportunities, and great team culture. ### Application Instructions - Ready to take the next step in your IT career?
