We are looking for an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant with strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Stibo STEP Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product data modeling, workflows, integrations, and data governance while working with cross-functional business and technical teams. Mandatory Skills (All Skills are Compulsory): 5-8 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Stibo STEP MDM. Experience in Stibo STEP implementation, customization, and configuration. Strong knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) concepts. Expertise in data modeling, taxonomy, classifications, attributes, workflows, and business rules. Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, REST APIs, and Web Services. Experience integrating Stibo with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, or other enterprise applications. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data migration. Experience in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions. Build and maintain data models, workflows, business rules, and validation rules. Develop integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware. Perform data migration, cleansing, enrichment, and synchronization activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
