Hyperix HR Consultant Services (HHCS) is hiring a Senior HR Recruiter for a remote, work-from-home position. The role requires minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in bulk sales/field staff hiring (FSE, BDL, ASM). Freshers are not eligible. Fixed salary is INR 15,000 per month with a monthly target of at least 30 active joinings. Additional incentives are provided on achievement of 75% team target: INR 3,000 flat per direct FSE joining, INR 7,000 flat per BDL with team joining, and INR 15,000 flat per ASM with network joining.
