We're looking for an FP&A Analyst who is passionate about business finance, data analysis, and driving business performance. Key responsibilities include assisting in annual budgeting and periodic forecasting, analyzing financial and operational performance, preparing monthly MIS reports and dashboards, conducting variance analysis, developing financial models, and collaborating with operations and finance teams. Requirements: 1+ years in FP&A/Business Finance/Financial Analysis, strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting, advanced Excel proficiency, experience with large datasets and MIS reporting, and good communication skills. Preferred background in Hospitality, QSR, Retail, or FMCG. 5 days a week.
