We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile/SAFe experience and hands-on exposure to PTC Windchill / PLM environments. The role requires 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, SAFe Agile expertise, and proficiency in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews & Retrospectives. Key responsibilities include PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, System Demos, and maintaining Jira boards and metrics. The ideal candidate has experience with globally distributed teams, strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, and PLM Scrum Master experience. Preferred skills include PTC Windchill configuration/enhancement, PLM processes (Change Control, Lifecycle Management), and regulated/compliance-driven environments.
