Role & Company / Project Overview: Ahoi Tech is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and drive multi-cloud implementations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and oversee scalable, secure Salesforce solutions. • Lead multi-cloud architecture and integration initiatives. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects and developers. • Ensure architecture standards, best practices, and successful delivery. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 10–12+ Years of relevant professional experience. • Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Multi-Cloud, Data Cloud & OMS. • Key Skills Required: - Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud - Salesforce Data Cloud - Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) - Salesforce Loyalty and Agentforce - Salesforce OmniStudio - Multi-Cloud Architecture and System Integrations - Integration with POS, WMS, ERP, and external systems - Solution Design, Technical Governance, and Risk Management - Stakeholder Management and Technical Leadership • Preferred Experience: - Retail domain experience - Multi-brand / regional implementations - Enterprise Salesforce integrations Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Mode: Remote.
