Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in the Salesforce Platform, Sales Cloud, LWC, Apex, APIs, and enterprise integrations to lead architectural solutions for large-scale enterprise / eCommerce projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Translate business requirements into robust technical and architectural solutions. - Design integrations with ERP, reporting systems, and enterprise applications. - Manage client-facing and stakeholder relationships and communications. - Oversee Salesforce Org Setup, architecture, and alignment with industry best practices. - Handle troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and bug-fixing across cloud-based applications. - Ensure system security, infrastructure stability, and scalability across the Salesforce ecosystem. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce Platform experience. - Strong expertise in Sales Cloud (Primary Skill). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Org Setup, Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities. - Deep technical knowledge and hands-on capability in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. - Proven expertise in Salesforce APIs and enterprise/ERP integrations. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform architecture, security, infrastructure, scalability, and best practices. - Experience with Salesforce Community Cloud. - Experience working on cloud-based applications and large-scale enterprise / eCommerce projects. - Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills. - Strong troubleshooting, RCA, and bug-fixing skills. - Relevant Salesforce Architect and/or Platform Developer certifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated resumes to the contact email provided.
