• Role & Company / Project Overview: Horigine Staffing is hiring an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Architect for a fully remote position. In this role, you will lead the architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce Field Service solutions, helping businesses connect their people, processes, and technology, and leading enterprise field service transformations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSL architecture and solution design. - Design work orders, scheduling, dispatch, service resources, and mobile field service solutions. - Architect robust integrations with ERP, inventory, asset management, billing, and enterprise systems. - Guide development teams using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows. - Ensure security, performance, scalability, data modeling, and architectural best practices across implementations. - Drive delivery excellence and real-world impact across field service operations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 10+ years of overall Salesforce/CRM experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). - Deep expertise in scheduling, dispatching, resources, territories, and mobile configurations. - Strong development and integration experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, REST/SOAP APIs, and system integrations. - Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, data modeling, and platform best practices. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. - Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills: FSL mobile offline configuration; Salesforce Scheduler experience; hands-on integration experience with ERP, inventory, asset management, or billing systems; experience with MuleSoft or middleware; Salesforce FSL or relevant Salesforce certifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Remote (work from anywhere). - Employment Type: Full-time. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates fitting the profile are invited to submit their updated resume via email for immediate consideration.
