• Role & Company / Project Overview We are urgently hiring an experienced Salesforce OMS Architect for a 6-month remote contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in full-lifecycle Order Management implementations and omnichannel design to drive enterprise solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Define end-to-end Salesforce OMS architecture aligned with business, technical, and security requirements. - Design order lifecycle models, fulfillment orchestration (such as Ship-from-Store, BOPIS, order splitting), and integrations with eCommerce, POS, WMS, ERP, and payment platforms. - Lead solution design workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications and data models. - Provide technical leadership to developers, testers, and business analysts while supporting testing, deployment, and hypercare. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, or enterprise application delivery. - At least 3+ years specifically on Salesforce Order Management (OMS). - Proven history of leading at least 2 full-lifecycle Salesforce OMS implementations as an architect. - Core Expertise: Salesforce OMS, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud. - Technical Skills: REST APIs, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, middleware, and Connect APIs. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work from home / Remote - Contract duration: 6 Months • Application Instructions Immediate joiners ready to take up this opportunity are invited to submit their updated resume and details.
