Mind Company is seeking an experienced professional to join our core team as a Career Counselor and Abroad Education Consultant. This is a counseling role, not a sales role. Responsibilities include guiding students through the entire abroad education journey, from country and university selection to application, visa support, and securing admission and scholarships. The role also involves handling end-to-end career counseling for students and professionals, building relationships with foreign universities, and providing strategic insights for international partnerships. The position is work from home, 6 days a week, 10 AM to 6 PM. Qualifications include 3-5 years of proven experience in career counseling and abroad education consulting, strong knowledge of international universities, application procedures, scholarship processes, and visa requirements, and a Master's degree in Psychology or a related field. Compensation includes a fixed salary of 5-6 LPA or a revenue commission of 50% of total monthly revenues generated from abroad education clients.
