Tata Technologies is hiring a Vehicle Architecture (VA) Designer in the Upper Body Architecture department. The role involves architecture convergence across product, process, and performance; defining interfaces, packaging volumes, and section layouts; ensuring clash and clearance validation during development stages; supporting ergonomics, pedestrian safety, and passive safety requirements; and coordinating with global PFEs and cross-functional teams for solution convergence. Required skills include strong vehicle packaging and architecture knowledge, hands-on CATIA experience (generic model validation), understanding of vehicle assemblies and fit and finish, and the ability to work on milestones, quality standards, and technical convergence. Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of CAR upper body zones CAD experience using CATIA. Additionally, excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required, along with the ability to understand fit and finish and benchmark competitors. Knowledge in vehicle assemblies, datum structure, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential, and the candidate must be capable of understanding milestones and their deliverables.
