Key responsibilities include leading and executing quantum investment strategies for state-led initiatives, leveraging strong networks across deep tech, venture capital, and institutional investors, driving capital attraction and deployment into emerging quantum ecosystems, translating complex quantum computing roadmaps into structured investable portfolios, and supporting development of regional quantum innovation clusters. Core requirements include a proven track record of successfully closing large investments in deep tech sectors, strong expertise in capital raising, investor engagement, and deal structuring, deep understanding of frontier technologies (quantum, AI, advanced computing, etc.), ability to move beyond advisory into execution and capital mobilization, and an established network across global investors, funds, and innovation ecosystems.
