We are hiring an ML Development Specialist. The role is remote, based out of India. The ideal candidate should have 5-7+ years of experience with flexibility for strong domain expertise. This is a freelance engagement. Key skills include a strong foundation in Machine Learning (classification and regression models), solid understanding of statistics and model evaluation techniques, hands-on experience in A/B testing, statistical inference and significance testing, impact measurement in e-commerce platforms, strong understanding of causal inference (correlation vs causation), familiarity with causal graphs (good to have), and experience using ML libraries (no need for custom model building).
