• Role & Company / Project Overview We are currently seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our growing hospitality team in Ibadan. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee full restaurant day-to-day operations, guest service excellence, and dining room management - Operate and manage transactions and sales records utilizing Odoo ERP, specifically the Sales system - Supervise floor staff, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, and resolve operational issues promptly - Lead, motivate, and direct restaurant personnel in a fast-paced setting • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant managerial experience in restaurant operations - Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools - Practical knowledge of Odoo ERP, particularly the Sales system (key requirement) - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Proactive, responsible, and able to work effectively in a high-demand environment - Good problem-solving and team-management abilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria • Application Instructions - Send CV and application via email with the exact subject line: 'Application for Restaurant Manager'.
