• Role & Company / Project Overview: Penafort is seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Restaurant Supervisor for its Elele Branch located on Port Harcourt–Owerri Road. The supervisor will oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain superior service and operational standards. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise daily floor operations, service flow, cashier desk, and kitchen coordination. - Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service. - Manage staff shift schedules, monitor punctuality, and coach service team members. - Oversee stock levels, enforce food safety, health, and cleanliness standards across the branch. - Resolve customer complaints swiftly and report operational performance to management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven supervisory or team lead experience in a restaurant, fast food, quick service, or hospitality establishment. - Strong interpersonal, team coordination, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills. - Sound understanding of restaurant point of sale, inventory tracking, and hospitality hygiene guidelines. - Professional demeanor, accountability, and ability to handle high-pressure environments. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: KM 10, Port Harcourt–Owerri Road, Elele, Rivers State, Nigeria. - Full-time operational restaurant supervisory shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive supervisory remuneration and leadership development opportunities. • Application Instructions: - Call the recruitment phone number or submit an application through the company's official contact channels.
