• Role & Company / Project Overview: Penafort is hiring skilled and dedicated Bread Bakers for its Elele Branch in Rivers State. We are seeking passionate baking specialists who take pride in crafting top-standard bread loaves and artisanal bread products. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Measure, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake different bread dough varieties according to standardized bakery recipes. - Operate commercial bakery equipment including industrial spiral mixers, dough moulders, proofer chambers, and deck/rotary ovens. - Monitor fermentation, proofing temperatures, and baking durations to ensure uniform crust, texture, and flavor quality. - Ensure strict hygiene, food safety, and routine sanitation across all bakery equipment and workstations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Practical background as a commercial Bread Baker. - Sound understanding of dough hydration, yeast fermentation, proofing cycles, and oven operation. - Ability to handle manual baking duties and stand during shift hours. - Strong commitment to food safety standards and consistent product delivery. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: KM 10, Port Harcourt–Owerri Road, Elele, Rivers State, Nigeria. - Standard bakery shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Industry-standard remuneration corresponding to skill and experience. • Application Instructions: - Contact the recruiting office via telephone or official email to apply immediately.
