• Role & Company / Project Overview We are currently seeking an experienced, tech-savvy, and result-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our growing team in Ilorin. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage HR functions including staff administration, onboarding, performance oversight, and employee relations - Utilize digital tools and work with Odoo ERP, particularly the Sales system integration and HR-related modules - Implement company policies, facilitate team development, and resolve workplace grievances - Provide leadership and organizational support to ensure operational effectiveness • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Relevant managerial experience in Human Resources - Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools - Practical knowledge of Odoo ERP, particularly the Sales system (key requirement) - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills - Proactive, responsible, and able to manage personnel in a fast-paced environment - Solid problem-solving and team-management capabilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria • Application Instructions - Send CV and application via email with the exact subject line: 'Application for Human Resources Manager'.
