• Role & Company / Project Overview A reputable company seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead organizational HR strategy and operations in Victoria Island, Lagos. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee full-lifecycle HR operations, workforce productivity, payroll management, and HR policy compliance. - Manage and support diverse team setups across remote, hybrid, and onsite environments. - Administer, configure, and maintain ZOHO HRIS, including training organizational staff on system usage. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 10+ years of overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership. - Background in service-led or corporate environments, preferably healthcare or hospitality. - Strong hands-on technical proficiency with ZOHO HRIS, including implementation, configuration, and staff training. - Proven track record managing remote, hybrid, and onsite workforces. - Strong expertise in workforce productivity, payroll execution, and HR policy formulation. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. - Work arrangement: Onsite / Hybrid management. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: ₦600,000 – ₦1,000,000 per month. • Application Instructions - Submit CV with the job role clearly stated in the subject line.
