Role & Company / Project Overview: GenoThrive Biotech, a biotechnology laboratory and research & training centre based in Hyderabad, is hiring qualified and passionate Life Science professionals for the position of Research & Training Associate. The role contributes directly to hands-on training, research, and laboratory operations within a multidisciplinary scientific environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct Research & Development (R&D) activities and experimental workflows • Deliver hands-on practical training sessions for students • Provide academic project guidance and dissertation support to students • Execute laboratory experiments and prepare structured research protocols • Operate and handle advanced laboratory instruments and equipment • Manage day-to-day research and laboratory operational activities Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related disciplines • Practical Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrated expertise and practical laboratory skills in any three of the following domains: - Microbiology - Molecular Biology - Cell Biology - Cell Culture - Plant Biotechnology - Biochemistry - Genetic Engineering - Food Biotechnology - Nanobiotechnology - Bioinformatics - Analytical Techniques / HPLC - Pharmaceutical QA/QC • Good practical laboratory skills are required • Relevant laboratory or research experience is considered an advantage • Fresh graduates possessing strong practical laboratory skills are welcome to apply Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time • Work Mode: On-Site • Location: GenoThrive Biotech, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500082 Compensation & Benefits: • Training exposure, hands-on research experience, advanced instrumentation access, and professional skill development within an active learning environment Application Instructions: • Submit an application via the official recruitment form or reach out through the recruitment contact email or phone.
