Role & Company / Project Overview Fibroheal Woundcare Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and driven professional to join our team at our Doddaballapur, Bangalore facility. This role combines Product Development, Technology Transfer, and Medical Devices, bridging the gap between scientific innovation and scaled manufacturing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Drive Innovation: Support the product development lifecycle and technology transfer processes for advanced medical devices. • Lab Excellence: Apply foundational microbiology and molecular biology techniques to research and quality workflows. • Scale Production: Collaborate closely with manufacturing, leveraging manufacturing knowledge to transition products from lab to scale. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Qualification: M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology. • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong project/internship experience are welcome). • What We Are Looking For: - Hands-on familiarity with basic molecular biology and microbiology lab techniques. - A strong conceptual understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance. - Eagerness to learn, adapt, and innovate in the medical device industry.
