As a Java Architect/Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing robust microservices solutions, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring development teams to deliver high-quality software. Key responsibilities include designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot, defining and implementing Microservices architecture best practices, leading technical discussions and architectural decisions, building highly available and resilient systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, mentoring developers, enforcing engineering standards, designing event-driven systems to support asynchronous communication, and ensuring applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements. Required skills include Core Java (Collections Framework, Concurrency & Multithreading, Exception Handling, JVM Fundamentals) and Frameworks & Architecture (Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, Design Patterns, Event-Driven Architecture, Scalability & Performance Optimization).
