We are looking for a results-driven Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Consultant to design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions that enhance customer relationships, improve engagement, and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include: solution design and configuration of D365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing); development and customization of entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, business rules, and custom components; handling data migration and integrating D365 CE with third-party systems using Web APIs and Azure services; performing UAT, system testing, regression testing, and providing post-implementation support. Core requirements: 4–8 years in Dynamics 365 CE implementations with at least 2 full life cycle projects; strong hands-on experience in Sales and/or Customer Service; mastery of CE Modules, Plugins, PCF Components, JavaScript, Web APIs, Power Automate, SSRS, Power BI, Advanced Find, and FetchXML; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field. Certifications like MB-210 or MB-220 preferred.
