We are hiring a Technical Team Lead - Salesforce to lead and mentor a team of 4-6 Salesforce developers. You will design and build scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Lightning, APIs, and Financial Service Cloud. Responsibilities include owning code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices, partnering with BAs/PMs to turn requirements into working solutions, staying ahead of new releases, planning sprints, tracking metrics, and reporting to stakeholders. Must have 7-8 years hands-on Salesforce development with Apex expertise, proven team leadership, strong Visualforce, LWC/Lightning, Salesforce APIs, Agile/Jira/Azure DevOps/Git experience, problem-solving skills, and great communication.
