We are hiring for the DDR SW driver team based in Hyderabad. The role is for a Senior Engineer or Lead Engineer with 4-8 years of experience. Candidates must hold a B.Tech or M.Tech in ECE, EEE, E&I, CSE, or IT and have relevant experience in embedded systems and DDR domain. Responsibilities include debugging and developing DDR init and run time driver sequences, working on state-of-the-art DDR technology LP4x/LP5x, driving multiple programs, collaborating with performance, PHY, and controller design teams, analyzing data and recognizing patterns, triaging DDR issues, and enhancing test cases. Minimum qualifications include strong understanding of system-level test methodologies, validation on mobile systems, SOC architecture and DDR SW systems, debugging DDR system issues (memory corruptions, lockups, bit flips, leaks), ownership of multiple chipsets, and exposure to quality stages from product development to commercial launch. Skills required: C, Python, embedded systems, JTAG, processor architecture, RTOS, core BSP driver level development and debug, CPU architecture, SOC system knowledge. Desirable: DDR/LPDDR technology.
