We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Area Sales Manager to drive home loan sales through the DST channel in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include managing and guiding Relationship Managers, building strong relationships with distributors, agents and brokers, identifying market opportunities and sharing valuable market insights, ensuring smooth loan processing, customer satisfaction and compliance, tracking sales performance and achieving business targets. Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in home loans or financial services with strong DST channel exposure, excellent leadership and relationship management skills, and a target-driven mindset. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field is required (MBA is a plus).
