We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader for Amazon Pay Onboarding to join our team in Hyderabad. This role involves leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Merchant Onboarding Executives to drive merchant acquisition and onboarding for Amazon Pay QR, Soundbox, and other payment solutions. Key responsibilities include ensuring the team consistently meets daily and monthly onboarding targets, tracking team performance, providing continuous coaching and support, and overseeing accurate KYC documentation and adherence to compliance standards. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, any graduate qualification, and strong team management skills.
