We are seeking a proactive Presales Consultant to support the Sales Head in driving new client acquisition and managing presales activities across multiple recruitment domains. The role involves cold calling, proposal preparation, handling RFPs, coordinating SOWs/POs, and ensuring smooth client engagement. Key responsibilities include assisting in client acquisition across IT, Non-IT, and niche recruitment domains; conducting cold calling and outreach; preparing and managing SOW, PO, and RFP documentation; conducting requirement analysis; developing presentations and presales collateral; collaborating with recruitment teams; and tracking presales activities. Required skills include an MBA/BBA degree, 1-4 years of presales or recruitment consulting experience, strong communication and documentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
