The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative coordination, scheduling, travel management, and stakeholder support. Key responsibilities include managing schedules and coordinating departmental activities using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to Concur, SAP Ariba, Visa/AmEx portals, or procurement tools. Additional experience supporting hiring activities, onboarding, reporting, audits, and compliance is highly valued. The role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to ensure efficient office operations.
