We are seeking an experienced HRIS Functional Consultant with expertise in Avature ATS and HR Technology Solutions. The role involves driving HRIS implementations, workflow configurations, system integrations, and stakeholder engagement in enterprise HR environments. Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting Avature Recruitment and Onboarding modules, gathering business requirements and translating them into system configurations, managing backend workflow configurations and process automation, supporting Avature integrations with PeopleSoft and other HR systems, performing UAT, troubleshooting, and deployment support, ensuring HR data integrity, compliance, and reporting accuracy, and collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders on system enhancements. Must-have skills: hands-on experience with Avature ATS, recruitment and onboarding workflow configuration, HRIS functional consulting experience, business requirement gathering and stakeholder management, and workflow automation and process optimization. Ideal candidate has 4+ years of HRIS experience, strong Avature backend workflow configuration experience, experience working with enterprise HR systems and integrations, excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
