The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates on OPT/CPT/H1B Transfers/GC/EAD, managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working on LinkedIn and Dice portals, handling H1B transfers and documentation, and building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Requirements include 3-5 years of experience in US IT Staffing/OPT Recruitment, strong knowledge of US visa types and processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a target-driven mindset.
