We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced OPT recruiters to join us in Hitech City, Hyderabad. This role requires 2-3 years of hands-on experience in OPT/CPT recruitment with a strong understanding of the US Staffing industry. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting OPT/CPT candidates, building a candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, managing the recruitment lifecycle, maintaining databases, and collaborating with account managers and sales teams. This is an onsite position located in Hitech City, Hyderabad.
