Key responsibilities include sourcing talent through Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn, using Boolean search techniques, candidate screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. The recruiter must independently handle US IT requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
