We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Hyderabad (Q City). The role involves handling customer queries via voice, chat, and email, resolving issues related to orders, returns, repairs, exchanges, and products, documenting interactions in CRM systems, and meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction KPIs. Candidates must hold German language certification B2/C1, have 2–5 years of international customer support experience, excellent communication skills in German and English, basic troubleshooting knowledge, and a customer-first mindset. The position is night shift with 5 working days and rotational off, offering a two-way cab facility. Immediate joiners or those with up to 30 days notice period are preferred. Experience: 2–5 Years. Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate.
