### Role & Company / Project Overview SSF Plastics India Limited is seeking a strong, seasoned operations leader to head our Injection Moulding division at our facility in SIPCOT, Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The role requires an experienced professional with 20+ years of overall experience to manage full-scale injection moulding manufacturing operations. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee end-to-end injection moulding (IM) operations encompassing production, quality, on-time delivery, and cost control. - Manage manufacturing of diverse product lines including caps & closures, FMCG, automotive, and electronics products. - Drive continuous improvement through OEE improvement, scrap reduction, and cycle-time optimization. - Spearhead TPM, Lean, and Kaizen initiatives across the plant. - Direct customer audits, PPAP/APQP compliance, and quality management systems (ISO, IATF). - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and engineering workforce. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Plastics Engineering. - 20+ years of total experience, with 15+ years specifically in injection moulding, including proven leadership experience. - In-depth technical knowledge of moulds, moulding processes, and comprehensive production planning. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: SIPCOT, Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India (Onsite manufacturing setup). ### Compensation & Benefits - CTC: ₹15,00,000 to ₹18,00,000 per annum (₹15 – ₹18 LPA). ### Application Instructions - Qualified leaders are invited to submit their applications or connect directly via the provided recruitment contact details.
