Role & Company / Project Overview: Stafex Services is inviting applications for the position of Tool Room Head with a leading manufacturing organization in the plastic industry in Nashik, Maharashtra. We seek an accomplished professional with strong functional and technical expertise in mould/tool operations, team leadership, and a track record of driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee end-to-end tool room operations and tooling development • Supervise mould and tool design, development, trials, and modifications • Handle vendor coordination, RFQ costing, and budget control • Maintain cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, NPD, and Purchase departments • Provide team leadership, spearhead continuous process improvement, and drive cost optimization Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Education: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering • Experience: 15 Years of relevant experience • Deep expertise in injection moulding/tool room operations, mould design, and manufacturing standards • Proven leadership and cross-functional team coordination skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Nashik, Maharashtra (Onsite) Compensation & Benefits: • Annual CTC: ₹20–22 LPA Application Instructions: • Eligible professionals are requested to send their updated resume with the subject line: Application – Tool Room Head – Nashik.
