We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performance sales team driving business growth in Digital Marketing and Cross-border E-commerce services. The role involves designing sales processes, optimizing KPIs, managing pipelines, building strategic relationships with brands and sellers, and collaborating with Operations and Media teams to ensure excellent client experiences. Candidates should have 4-6+ years of sales/business development experience in Digital Marketing, Agency, AdTech, E-commerce, or Cross-border E-commerce, with at least 3 years in sales team management. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English are required.
