We are currently supporting a fast-growing company in the Energy & Infrastructure sector in hiring a Legal Manager / Legal Specialist to support its expanding project portfolio in Vietnam. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, construction contracts and legal documents; providing legal advice to Management and project teams during project development and implementation; identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal risks related to investment projects, bidding activities, and business operations; monitoring and updating regulations related to Corporate, Investment, Construction, and Energy sectors; and supporting licensing procedures, dispute resolution, and legal compliance matters. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Law, strong experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation, solid knowledge of Vietnamese laws relating to Corporate, Investment, Bidding, and Construction, experience in Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or EPC Projects is highly preferred, and good English communication and legal document review skills. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30.
