• Role & Company / Project Overview Design Line Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (DLCSPL) is inviting applications from qualified and experienced civil engineering professionals for the position of RSA Report Preparation Expert to handle Road Safety Audit documentation for major highway and infrastructure projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare, compile, and finalize comprehensive Road Safety Audit (RSA) reports in accordance with statutory standards. - Review highway engineering designs, road alignment, junction layouts, and road-safety engineering requirements. - Interpret traffic survey reports, volume counts, and engineering survey data. - Analyze road inventory data, design inputs, and on-site engineering observations. - Coordinate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams including highway engineers, pavement specialists, structural engineers, and field survey teams. - Prepare technical presentations, compliance reports, and stage-wise audit submissions. - Handle professional report formatting and documentation using MS Word and MS Excel. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Practical working knowledge of Road Safety Audit (RSA) preparation, compilation, and compliance reporting. - Thorough understanding of IRC (Indian Roads Congress), MoRTH, and relevant technical standards and guidelines. - Background in highway engineering and infrastructure safety practices. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and technical document formatting. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-Time, Office-Based. - Job Location: Hisar, Haryana, India. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV via email with the subject line 'Application for RSA/DPR Report Professional'. - Please specify in the application: Position applied for, Current location, Relevant RSA experience, Projects and reports handled, Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice period.
