### Role & Company / Project Overview TheRecAI is hiring for an experienced Highway and Senior Highway Design Engineer to lead and review highway, expressway, and urban road design projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead geometric design of highways, expressways, and urban roads. • Design and review alignments, profiles, cross-sections, interchanges, ramps, and junctions. • Review pavement designs, drawings, BOQs, reports, and tender documents. • Ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, and NHAI standards. • Coordinate with structural teams and guide junior highway engineers. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + M.E./M.Tech in Transportation / Highway Engineering. • Professional Experience: 3 to 15 Years of relevant experience in highway design. • Required Software Skills: Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MS Office. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Mode: Full-time | On-site. • Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their resumes or contact the recruiter directly to apply.
