We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors BSA with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC), Business Integration Builder (BIB) Replication, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and SAP ECC HCM. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of SAP SuccessFactors and ECC HCM experience, strong techno-functional skills with hands-on configuration, expertise in EC to ECC replication and integrations with UKG, Fidelity, and Concur, and experience in production support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder collaboration. The role requires an active LinkedIn profile and a valid Driver's License and Green Card copy. The candidate should be an independent contributor, strong communicator, and available immediately. This is an onsite position in Hillsboro, OR.
