### Role & Company / Project Overview Power Dimension Inc. (PDI) is seeking a competent Cost Engineer to support project cost management, budgeting, estimation, and financial monitoring for the Shell Hermosa Project located in Bataan, Philippines. This is a project-based employment role. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cost forecasts. • Monitor actual expenditures against approved project budgets. • Review quantity take-offs, progress billings, and variation orders. • Prepare cost reports and cash flow projections. • Coordinate with project management, procurement, and construction teams to maintain effective cost control. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost engineering, quantity surveying, estimating, or project cost control. • Experience in commercial, residential, high-rise, infrastructure, or MEPF projects. • Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, bid preparation, and project cost monitoring. • Knowledge of quantity take-offs, variation orders, progress billing, and contract administration. • Familiarity with construction materials, labor costing, equipment costing, and procurement processes. • Experience preparing cost reports, cash flow projections, and project budget analyses. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and cost-estimating software. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). • Knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control procedures. • Strong analytical, numerical, and financial reporting skills. • Licensed Engineer (PRC) is preferred. • Training in Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, or Project Controls is an advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Shell Hermosa Project, Bataan, Philippines • Employment Type: Project-Based ### Compensation & Benefits • Not specified ### Application Instructions • Submit an updated CV with the subject line 'Cost Engineer – Shell Hermosa'.
