• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Cost Engineer with 3+ years of experience in cost estimation, cost control, budgeting, and negotiation for industrial projects. The role involves ensuring project figures make sense and all project costs remain tightly controlled throughout operational and maintenance cycles. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Mengelola cost control selama siklus operasional & maintenance proyek. - Menyusun annual O&M budget, monthly funding plan, cost calculation & analysis. - Memeriksa biaya variation order, additional work, progress payment & final account. - Melakukan market price research untuk construction services, material, equipment & manpower. - Mendukung O&M tender dan penyusunan commercial proposal/cost estimate. - Menangani commercial negotiation & cost-related disputes dengan owner/subcontractor. - Mengelola cost ledger, contract database & cost estimation documents. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimal D3 Teknik Sipil, Construction Cost Estimation, Construction Management, atau bidang terkait. - 3+ tahun pengalaman di cost estimation/cost control proyek industri. - Memahami construction cost structure & project cost control. - Memahami harga pasar dan standar biaya konstruksi di Indonesia. - Menguasai cost estimation software & Microsoft Office. - Sertifikasi Cost Engineer / Quantity Surveyor / Estimator merupakan nilai tambah (PLUS). - Memiliki kemampuan cost analysis, attention to detail & business negotiation. - Wajib mampu bekerja dalam Bahasa Indonesia & Inggris. - Mampu menyusun dokumen estimasi dan melakukan negosiasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia, Inggris & Mandarin. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Onsite/office location in Indonesia for industrial projects. • Application Instructions: - Submit your latest CV via the provided application link or recruitment email.
