ATRIC Developments is hiring a Senior Manager – Handover & Community Management to lead the successful handover and ongoing management of residential communities, ensuring an exceptional homeowner and resident experience. Key responsibilities include leading the end-to-end handover process for residential units, managing post-handover operations and community management activities, overseeing the Defects Liability Period (DLP), driving resident satisfaction through effective communication and engagement initiatives, coordinating with construction, customer service, and facilities management stakeholders, monitoring service quality and community standards, managing community policies, budgets, and service providers, handling escalated resident concerns, leading and mentoring teams, and preparing operational reports. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field, 10+ years of experience in residential property, handover, or community management, minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role, proven experience managing DLP and defect resolution processes, strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, excellent English proficiency, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and experience with large-scale residential developments preferred.
