Abhiyan Capital is looking for an experienced Branch Credit Manager to strengthen our Credit team in Hapur. The role requires a strong background in Mortgage/Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) underwriting. Key responsibilities include underwriting HL and LAP cases at the branch level, evaluating customer profiles, financial statements, and credit reports, conducting Personal Discussions (PDs) and ensuring compliance, monitoring portfolio quality, minimizing credit risk, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth loan disbursement. Candidate profile: Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 2+ years of experience in Mortgage/Home Loan or LAP underwriting. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills required. Local candidates and those who can join within 15 days are preferred. Full-time position with immediate joining.
