We are hiring a Cluster Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team at Novotel Hanoi Thai Ha and Novotel Suites Hanoi. In this role, you will coordinate daily sales administration activities, assist with client inquiries, appointments, and site inspections, maintain sales records and promotional materials, prepare reports, and deliver excellent customer service. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field, good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive, and service-minded attitude.
