We are hiring a Core Python and Spark Developer. Work mode is hybrid (3 days work from office, 2 days work from home). Experience required is 5 to 7 years. Must have skills: advanced Python programming with strong OOP concepts, strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms, expertise in multithreading, multiprocessing, concurrency and asynchronous programming, strong SQL and database fundamentals, experience in developing and consuming REST APIs, hands-on experience with Apache Spark or PySpark, understanding of distributed data processing and performance optimization, experience with debugging, profiling and application optimization, strong coding and problem-solving skills. Good to have: Django, FastAPI, Kafka, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, exposure to Generative AI. Preferred candidate profile: candidates should be capable of clearing coding assessments focused on Python, DSA, SQL, concurrency, and distributed computing concepts. Strong analytical and programming fundamentals are mandatory. Mandatory requirements: passport-size photograph, PAN card copy must be attached with updated resume, no background verification discrepancies, candidates should be comfortable attending the Karat Coding Assessment. Candidate criteria: total experience 5+ years, notice period immediate or serving notice or max 30-35 days, comfortable with hybrid work model.
