We are hiring an experienced Sr. Manager – Operations to lead Soft Services across Commercial and Residential facilities. The role involves being the primary client interface, driving service excellence, managing large teams, and ensuring 100% SLA adherence. Ideal for candidates from Facility Management, Hotel, Hospital, or Hospitality backgrounds who have handled multi-client portfolios. Key responsibilities include housekeeping operations management, customer grievance resolution, service quality and compliance, vendor and manpower management, resident satisfaction, cost control and budget management, training and team development, reporting and documentation, and site improvement initiatives. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field, 7-8 years of experience in Housekeeping/Soft Services for Commercial and Residential premises, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in FM software and MS Office. Candidates should preferably reside in Gurugram.
