We are hiring a Business Development Manager at United Hotel Supply, a supplier of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to hotels across the United States. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own the deal from first contact to signed order. Key responsibilities include generating leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email; qualifying and building relationships with US hotel owners, GMs, and procurement managers; managing proposals, negotiating pricing, and handling objections from decision-makers; and closing high-ticket B2B deals. Requirements include proven experience closing high-ticket B2B sales, genuine experience selling to the US market, strength on the phone and LinkedIn, comfort owning the full cycle from prospecting to close, and excellent spoken and written English. This is a hybrid role based in Gurgaon with working hours 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST to align with US business hours. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
