We are hiring a Quality Analyst for our process team in Gurgaon. The role involves monitoring and evaluating customer interactions for quality and compliance, conducting quality checks, maintaining accurate records, preparing daily/weekly performance reports, identifying process gaps, sharing feedback for improvement, and supporting back-office operations and data management tasks. Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience. Chat/BPO experience, excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills are required. Immediate joiners are preferred. Only candidates from Delhi NCR and Gurgaon should apply; B.Tech freshers are not eligible. Salary is up to ₹23,000 in-hand. Benefits include both side cab/TA.
