Ideal candidates have a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience, proven track record in luxury residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects, and strong exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, quality, cost control, timelines, safety, and stakeholder management. Must be able to lead multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors for timely, high-quality delivery. Sound understanding of construction methodologies, engineering practices, statutory compliances, and project governance required. Experience in landmark, high-value developments preferred. Location: Gurgaon. Role focuses on leadership, excellence, and innovation in iconic luxury projects.
